Working process
‌Filling process : When the plunger is at bottom dead center, paint fills the pump oil chamber through the oil hole in the plunger sleeve. ‌oil supply process : When the plunger closes the oil hole and continues to move up, the paint pressure in the pump oil chamber increases sharply. When the pressure is greater than the opening pressure of the oil outlet valve, the oil outlet valve opens and the paint enters the high-pressure tubing. As the plunger continues to rise, the oil pressure continues to rise, and the injector begins spraying ‌ when the paint pressure is higher than the injection pressure of the injector.
oil stop process : when the plunger continues to move up to the chute and the oil hole is connected, the paint in the pump chamber flows out along the chute, the oil pressure drops rapidly, the oil outlet valve returns under the action of the spring, and the oil supply stops. Then the plunger continues up until the CAM reaches its maximum lift ‌.
