High pressure airless sprayer is a kind of equipment that pressurizes the paint to high pressure using a high pressure plunger pump and forms atomization through the spray gun. It is mainly used to form a dense coating on walls and metal surfaces. This equipment does not require compressed air, so it is called airless spraying. The high pressure airless sprayer usually pressurizes the paint to 3,000 psi (approximately 210kg/cm²), and then transmits it through a high pressure hose to the spray gun, where the pressure is released through the nozzle to form an atomization, and finally a uniform, non-granular coating is formed on the surface of the object.

High pressure airless sprayer can be divided into pneumatic, electric and internal combustion types according to the mechanical type, the specific choice depends on whether there is a compressed air source or power supply. For example, pneumatic airless sprays require a compressed air source, while electric and internal combustion rely on power and engine drive, respectively.
