Working principle
The working principle of electrostatic spraying is based on corona discharge. The spray gun or spray cup is connected to the negative electrode, the workpiece is grounded to form the positive electrode, and the electrostatic field is formed between the two. Under the action of electric field force, the coating particles move to the workpiece surface and are adsorbed to form a uniform coating film. This process not only improves the utilization rate of the coating, but also applies to the automatic line operation, and the powder coating can be recycled and reused, reducing environmental pollution.

Electrostatic spraying is widely used in automotive, home appliances, furniture and other industries, because of its uniform coating, strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance and favored.
